David Stern
As an I/T Director for a 40 Million
Dollar Graphic Supply Company, David Stern provided all the services
needed to efficiently run the Corporate Head Quarters, and provide
technical support to the employees and Sales Department. Traveled
to Police departments around the US and installed Digital Photography
equipment and trained the Police how to collect Forensic Evidence to
catch and prosecute criminals.
As the MIS Director for Albany
Broadcasting he provided all the necessary services to keep the 100
person staff, up and running so they could complete their tasks and
bring in business without worrying about their equipment. The 8 Radio
Station Group needed support for their Audio Vault Servers, 6 internal
studios and 2 offsite Studios along with providing support for the
station Websites.
After leaving Albany Broadcasting in
2002, he focused on A Little Help Computer Services
Full-time. Current clients include: Anastos Broadcasting, Capital Region

Karen Stern
As a graduate of SUNY Albany with a
Degree in Economics and Minor in Computers, Karen knows what a business
needs to run efficiently. Karen has over 10 years experience writing and
modifying databases for State Agencies, pharmaceutical companies and
even the Ice Cream Man.
